The Bronco Fund is a Value Add real estate fund established to invest in a diversified Shariah compliant portfolio of US commercial real estate. The fund will target an asset mix of 75% commercial offices and 25% industrial assets.

Since the Fund’s inception in May 2007, Broe our joint venture partner and Asset manager has been aggressively seeking investment opportunities for the Fund. Broe was able to review more than 100 potential opportunities in diverse and promising markets. Two assets in particular stood out: the first is located in San Francisco and was purchased in May 2007, whilst the second is located in Dallas and was purchased in August 2007. An independent Opinion of Value and independent analysis on each property indicates that the Fund’s assets considerably outperformed the NPI.
