GSH undertook an underwriting and placement agent role with a 10% stake of US $12,500,000 in the Nibras II fund managed by Kuwait Finance House Malaysia and its partners Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Jumeirah Capital Dubai. The Fund will develop a residential area, a logistics village and a creative park within the Iskandar Development Region.
