Grand Peninsula Development is located in the city of Grand Prairie, Texas. The entire master-planed community consists of approximately 400 gross acres. GSH on behalf of its clients purchased the fourth and final phase of the Grand Peninsula Development.

Phase IV consists of 198 existing lots, in addition to 125 acres of fully entitled land planned for a further 415 lots which have been zoned and preliminarily plotted. These lots will be constructed in three phases to provide “just in time” inventory to the home builders.
