The project consists of the acquisition and operation of a 404-bed of skilled nursing facility known as the Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Health Care Center (“Spring Creek”). Spring Creek consists of the fee simple interest in both McBride Building, a 193-bed built in 1975 and the South Building, a 212-bed built in 2003 both located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Through appreciation on the initial investment and successful recapitalizations, Spring creek was able to pay its investors the 11% annual yield 6 months earlier than anticipated and was able to distribute back almost all of the investor’s capital through multiple Refinancing, due to the successful Appreciation of the properties NOI.
